2. Use of the Website

You must be 18 or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or ordering, and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Products and Information

We sell genuine Blue Star products. Images, specifications, capacities (TR/BTU/litres) and descriptions are for guidance. Minor differences may occur due to manufacturer updates. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed by us. Selecting the correct capacity for your room is your responsibility. Our FAQ gives general guidance, and you may consult our experts before buying.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Nepalese Rupees State whether prices include VAT. Prices, discounts and offers may change without notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed applies. If a price is shown incorrectly because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Accepted payment methods bank transfer / eSewa / Khalti / cash on delivery . Orders may require advance or full payment before dispatch.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by phone, email or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspected fraud. In that case, any payment made will be refunded.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas and charges: Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley is free of charge. For locations outside the Valley, a delivery charge of approximately NPR 2,000 applies. Estimated delivery time: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 business working days from order confirmation.

7. Installation and Services

Air conditioners must be installed by Aircon Nepal or our authorised dealers. Installation by anyone else will void the warranty. Service charges (servicing, installation, repair, AMC) shown on the website as "Starts from NPR 1,500" are starting prices only. The final charge depends on the product, site conditions, materials required and scope of work, and will be informed before work begins.  Site requirements (power supply, proper earthing, space, wall/ceiling suitability) must be ready before the installation visit. Extra charges may apply for additional pipe, cable, stands or civil work. 

8. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty described in our Warranty Policy page, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

1-year product warranty on all categories.

Compressor warranty: 5 years on fixed-speed wall-mounted split AC and 10 years on DC inverter wall-mounted split AC (including the standard 1 year); 1 year on all other categories. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover filters, plastic and metal parts, remote handsets, damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, voltage spikes, lightning, flooding or poor earthing, repairs by unauthorised persons, use 24 hours a day/365 days a year, or use other than comfort cooling/heating. Aircon Nepal decides whether to repair or replace a part. Our liability under warranty is limited to repair of the affected part and will not exceed the price paid or the listed price, whichever is lower. Keep your invoice (a photo or soft copy is acceptable) to claim service. Visit charges may apply in some cases and will be informed in advance.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation before dispatch, free of charge. Returns are accepted only for wrong item delivered / items damaged or defective on delivery and must be reported within 2 days with the invoice and photos. Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging, unless defective. Installed products cannot be returned. Faults are handled under the warranty. Approved refunds will be paid to the original payment method within 7 working days.

10. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC plans are provided under a separate written agreement or quotation covering the visit schedule, equipment covered, and charges. The terms of that agreement apply in addition to these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the logo, text, images and videos, belongs to Aircon Nepal or the respective brand owners including Blue Star and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. "Blue Star" is a trademark of Blue Star Ltd.

12. Privacy

We collect your name, phone, email, delivery address and order details only to process orders, provide services and support, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with delivery partners, payment providers and authorised service technicians only as needed to serve you. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Cookies

Our website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device when you visit the site. They help the website work properly.

Essential cookies: Needed for the website to function, such as keeping you signed in, remembering items in your cart, and completing checkout.

Third-party cookies: Embedded content such as YouTube videos and Google Maps, and links to social media and WhatsApp, may set their own cookies. We do not control these.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
