Many of our AC models are Hot & Cold / Heat Pump units, so we handle both cooling faults and heating faults.

Spare parts are charged separately from labour, unless a specific package clearly includes them.
Major repairs such as compressor replacement, coil replacement or control board replacement are quoted separately after inspection.
Equipment under warranty is handled as per the applicable Blue Star warranty terms. Please keep your purchase invoice ready.
