INSTALLATION
Blue Star AC Installation
Why Installation Quality Matters
An air conditioner is only as good as its installation. Two identical units in two rooms can perform very differently if one is installed properly and the other is not.
Correct installation affects:
• Cooling performance — right placement and correct piping give proper airflow and cooling
• Heating performance — Hot & Cold / Heat Pump models need correct outdoor unit placement and drainage to heat well in winter
• Energy efficiency — a properly installed system does not waste power
• Reliable operation — loose wiring, poor drainage or wrong pipe work cause problems within months
• Long-term equipment life — good installation protects the compressor and other main parts
Our technicians are trained on Blue Star equipment and follow the recommended installation practice for each product.
What Installation Covers
Depending on the product and the site condition, installation work may include:
• Indoor unit installation and mounting
• Outdoor unit installation and placement
• Copper piping work
• Drain pipe fitting
• Electrical connection checking
• Communication and control wiring, where applicable
• Vacuuming of refrigerant piping, where applicable
• Refrigerant connection and pressure checking
• System testing after installation
• Cooling performance test
• Heating / heat-pump test, for Hot & Cold models
• Demonstration of operation and remote / controller use
Every site is different. Some of the above may not apply to your product or your location, and some sites need extra material or extra work. Our technician will confirm the requirement during the site check.

Power supply, earthing and the main electrical point at the installation location are to be arranged by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
