What is an AMC?
An AMC is a yearly agreement for looking after your equipment. Instead of calling someone only when something stops working, we visit on a fixed schedule through the year, clean and check the equipment, and catch small problems early.
It suits customers who depend on their equipment daily and do not want to think about when the next service is due.
AMC is suitable for:
• Homes

• Shops and showrooms
• Hotels and Resorts
• Restaurants and cafés
• Schools, colleges and institutions
• Commercial premises
• Any customer with several ACs or several pieces of equipment
Nepal has two clear service seasons. Hot & Cold / Heat Pump ACs are used for cooling in summer and heating in winter, which means the equipment runs for a large part of the year. An AMC plans your maintenance around both seasons instead of leaving it to chance.
